Been 2 weeks since i took my girl in to get her norm,al shots in betweeen her shoulder blades and she still has the lump, not sure if its bigger might be a little more hard than before??? read online 2-4 weeks for this possibly?? any1 else have this issue?? She is a little off as in sleeping more and when i used to touch her paws she would freak out now most of the times i can touch her paws and she doesnt care. she still plays, eats, drinks and goes to bathroom ok. Any feedback would be great thx

I would take her back in to the vet, and consider going to a different vet.  Cats should not receive vaccines between the shoulders and only old-school vets still do that.  Also, what kind of vaccines did she get?  Do you know if they were killed virus or modified live?  I'm guessing if the vet is still doing intra-scapular (between shoulder blades) injections then s/he is using the old-school vaccines too.

Vaccines work by challenging the immune system, this is why some general quietness is to be expected the day and possibly after (tell that to my cats!) but 2 weeks is a bit much in my opinion.

My main concern is that you describe the lump as changing in size and consistency.  She may have just developed a granuloma which isn't a huge deal and will resolve itself, or there may be something more concerning going on.  Get it checked out, get a second opinion.

I would take her in to be seen.  It should have dissipated within a month's time, per everything I have read.

Keep us posted!

If you do take her in to be seen, I would highly recommend a different vet. I doubt the existing vet is going to want to admit to anything being wrong.
