so the kittens are 6 weeks old now....can anyone point me in the right direction as far as weaning them goes?

all are healthy and very active. they are using the litter tray. they are showing interest in mums food!

any advice on the correct way to do this would be super!

Wow, I'm surprised they've gone this long without starting solids! Most kittens want to eat solid food at 4-5 weeks. Just start putting a plate of canned food out for them 4 times a day. You can mush it up with some water if it seems too solid for them at first. Put a little taste in their mouths if they don't take to it right away, and expect that they'll walk in it and make a big mess :lol3:.

You don't have to do anything to wean them--their mother will take care of that in due time.
