Hello

Please meet Seville and Betis.

Thus named from a compromise - I wanted kittens and my partner wanted house ready, rescue cats.

Compromise was that I got to name them.

One cat has a beautiful marmalade leg - so Seville.

And the local football rivals to Sevilla are Real Betis - short name Betis.

My partner hates (association) football, so it is quite funny :) Google Now sent me a card on Friday to that Sevilla had played Real Betis in a 3 - 3 draw - a fair result.

They are actually English cats and not Spanish.

They came from a litter of 12. And picked up very greedy food habits  They cannot eat together - Betis dominated the food bowls and got quite big, so separate rooms at meal times. Ridiculous that Seville lets Betis take her food, as when she has a mouse, she will not give that up to her sister.

Cheers

Hi, we've met through the messaging system, but I wanted to give you a formal TCS welcome!  Your cats are gorgeous.

Hello

Is anyone any good at identifying cat categorisation?

My new cats - see previous images, are designated as tortie & white and tortie & black.

I want to change the pet chip database details, but, I am not sure which is which.

So, can someone please help me identify which is which?

Cheers

Ian

p.s. after visiting the vets, they managed to bust out of the cat carrier - I am really annoyed that the door gave way, as they are not the biggest of cats. I only managed to capture one of them and that was lucky. So, I need to get a message to the pet chip people as to exactly which cat is missing!

Hello

Got the remaining cat's chip read at the vets.

Apparently the one with the marmalade leg got described as a tortie & black - I'm none the wiser about how to work that out for myself.

Now at least I can report the correct missing cat.

Cheers

Hello

My partner went out at 1am to look for her last night and she was actually in the garden of the vets near to where she had scarpered! Had to just chuck in the car and drive back with a free range cat - no way to chance a reaction to the cat basket.

Slightly nervous last night, but she's fine today.

Cheers

Ian
