I've been needing a new nonstick skillet for a while now, primarily to do omelets and such. Our old one bit the dust last year sometime and I've been using a cast iron skillet. We finally bought a Green Pan yesterday. It looks nice, it's an 11-inch pan, so it's a good size and should work for eggs and pancakes, things like that. But after I got it home, I really looked at it and it's only good to a 356-degree oven. It's not safe in the broiler and that was not what I was looking for....I wanted a pan that would go from stove top to the broiler, to brown a frittata, for example.

And then, I saw it.....Made In China.
It's going back to the store.

I think I'm going to just stick with my heavy cast iron frying pan. It's been working out OK, I guess, and I know it will do well under the broiler as I've been using it forever. The reason I was going to go with a nonstick pan is because I don't want to scratch the cook top with the cast iron skillet, so I've been really careful about moving the skillet around on the stove when using it.

Pam, I bought a set of Green Pan from HSN a year or so ago and I'm not thrilled with it.  I didn't send it back tho and am still using it but it's really not worth the money.

Yeah, I read some reviews about them and they're not what they're advertised to be.
