Her eyes r normal it's just when she is relaxing or falling asleep that this thing comes out (Like in the corner of the eye where our tears come out?)
I don't know what it is called or how to explain it but I have pictures. Well anyways this thing sometimes seems bigger than the one in the picture. Please help me is it normal?

When a cat relaxes, the third eyelid - to use the popular name for it - comes out. Here is a picture of Sugar really laid back.

Is this what you are talking about?  If so, it is normal.  Click on the picture for a larger view.

You got your answer.   :)  BUT, do observe. The third eyelid coming out is not in itself a warning there is something wrong with the eye, but its a warning there is something going on in the body. Its typically an infection or inflammation somewhere.  Not seldom it is "just" worms, and a deworming is the cure.

Good luck!

So I should still be concerned and take her to the vet?

You got the reassuring comment a little third eyelid is common when they are relaxing.

But IF you do notice other signals (too) -  in themselves you would perhaps wait and see, but toghether it will be a strong combination, a strong signal.

So everything depends on.     "Dont look just at the eyes, look at the whole body and behavior, including eyes"   so to speak.   :)

You perhaps find some nice excuse for an overall vet check up?  If she wasnt never to a vet, it is always good idea!   for cats, and for humans, to visit their doc regularly.

Good luck!

Personally, based on your picture where she seems pretty alert, l would take her to the vet.

When l got Tanner at 16 weeks old, he had his third eyelid showing (as in the picture). l took him to the vet, and he had a pretty bad case of ear mites! View media item 154910
As soon as the mites were treated, his eyes became normal.

Good u bring that up. I actually have another question. She sometimes shakes her head and once in a while scratches one of her ears. However I clean her ears once a week and never Really notice anything other than a little bit of dirty. Even though it is not visible could she still have ear mites? I mean she scratches her ear and shakes her head so she might?

If she has ear mites, it will look dirty inside.  Be very careful cleaning the ears, they are sensitive. She also could have some build-up of wax in there.

Your cat looks healthy and normal to me from the pics. The shaking of the head along with the eyelid *might* indicate an issue. It doesn't sound like ear mites to me but I'm not a vet. As Catspaw said, careful with the ear cleaning. She might possibly have whatever solution you're using to clean with (if any) in the ear canal or maybe some wax build up which causes her to shake. It never hurts to call the vet when you have questions.

That was what Tanner did too. He had what l thought was dirt in his ears (l'd never seen ear mites before) and the third eyelid showing, and of course the constant scratching and head shaking. The vet cleaned them out, but l had to take him back for a second round. He was otherwise normal, not sick, but the vet said if they over-scratch they can actually damage the ear cartilage. lt's definitely worth a mention when she's in for her shots.

She has them clean but like I said it's because I don't let them get dirty. She goes for her second round in another week so I might go Monday since everything is closed today. Thanks for all ur help and everyone else who gave me their input.
