With my current situation I cannot keep her.

She is spayed and up to date on shots. She is 6 months old, but the runt of the litter so she looks younger.

She is extremely loving and kind and great with kids. Loves to be pet, follow you around and even talk to you.

My female cat isn't making Kaylee's transition comfortable into the home. She is doing alright with my males, though.

This kitten deserves a loving home. She will sleep in your arms if you let her!!! A true gem.

I'm crying because of the whole situation. Kaylee was an outdoor, we got her spayed and a week later she went missing. 13 days later we found her at the Humane Society. Bringing her home to be an indoor cat has been fine. She loves being inside. It's just my little Zoe not making it easy.

I am just wondering if you have considered having a behaviourist or talking to your vet. Even reintroducing the cats can help if you use the "towel trick " -or any item. Fowl each cat and keep them in seperate? Rooms until they are well adjusted to each other 's presence. Or neutralize the smell with a little vanilla in key positions -under the chin etc. Give the resident cat lots of attention so she is not upset and treat them boyhvequslly. I doubt really you need to find a new home -just a way for these cats to live together. If the other female was used to being an only, that might be different but she obviously adjusted to others do my thinking while time and patience and work are required, you can keep your lovable little kitten!

Right now, Kaylee is baby gated in a large room with food, litter, toys, comforts, etc. The baby gate allows the cats to see each other. There is still hissing, growing and lunging. I'm sure it can take a while for that to stop.

I have my quota of cats. I didn't expect to be bringing her in until we moved.

We let a friend take Kaylee's sister and she is having the same problem. However, I don't feel she is as patient. She might end up giving her back to me. Oh Lord, what do do then?

Is that Kaylee as your avatar? She is darling. It can be so tough with these female kitties accepting another into the household. I have only one princess :princess: Perla and it took her almost 18 months to stop growling/hissing at Wendall. She is VERY VERY slowly over time accepting him. I doubt they will ever be friends though. It was wonderful of you to rescue her and her sister. Boy, I wish I had room for her. I have a cat (a rescue) sitting in a sanctuary that has not been adopted and I might have to bring him home eventually. I have my limits and with two old ailing dogs it makes life really busy over here. But, she sure is cute. :vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes: Kaylee :rub:

Nope. That is my handsome price, Phoenix. I've had him since he was 7 weeks old. He's going to be 12 this year.

Wash and Kaylee might have a new home together. We will find out for sure this Friday.

Thank you for the good vibes.

My hands are full with my four, but these cats need our love and help so we try. Kaylee has leg surgery today...it's a busy household.

I wish you will with your current situation!

She may have fractured it jumping from a tree. We don't know. We did get her surgery though.

The family backed out. We are back to square one.
