My cat had her first kitten 2 hours ago but not anymore yet. She keeps getting out of her box and leaving the kitten behind and wanting me to give her fuss. Is it possible she could have anymore she keeps meowing and licking down there. Right now she is curled up with her eyes closed

Try to be with her, if it is possible for you, and she wants it. Her feeling safe and not stressed is important.
Yeah, it sounds as she isnt done yet. If she would rest calm and happily busying herself with her kitten, I would say, dont worry, watch but you can await calmly. I mean, they can have long pauses, both hours and even days.
But she isnt really calm. Most probable it is just a shorter pause. So you must continue to be observant, IF something gets worse. You dont want long fruitless labor either. she had already one kitten, so next "should" be easier.

ps. Had you measured the weigh of the first kitten yet? If not, get a kitchen / mail scale, measuring in grammes, best electronical one. They dont need to cost much.
And do weigh them every day, at the same time. So you notice if it goes up, or nto.
