New member and feral mom

Hi everyone,

Like the title reads, I'm new to the site and a feral mom. I am sitting with our newest one right now-Howie. Our cat count is at 4.

Marvin was pregnant when she and her friend started coming around and gave us a litter of 5 back in Feb 2012. All of them now have homes except for Tabby-I couldn't give her up. Unfortunately her friend was hit on the road and is now in our backyard pet cemetary.

I am lucky enough to have a spare bedroom that can serve as a quarantine room/nursery/hiding place or whatever is needed. It is now known as The Catroom.

Three years ago yesterday I rescued a cat from the side of the street (literally), my first introduction to taking care of seriously ill cats.  Then I got invovled in TNRing, 35 cats before I moved.

I too have a cat room in my new place (I didn't in my old one).  Unfortunately, it hasn't gotton as much use as a cat room as I'd hoped.

Though Ritz does love to sunbath while watching the birds from that room.
