I have a male cat , he is almost one year old. Ive noticed that his front two paws begin to shake uncontrolably when he tries to lick them.

He is also sneezing.

Do you think he is just having a cold or something or should i take him to the vet?

He eats and drinks normally.

He needs to be taken to the vet.  It could be a neurological problem or an upper respiratory infection.

Gosh, I have not heard or ever seen a cat do that so I can't really offer any reasons. It could be unrelated to the sneezing though. I do think a vet check is in order. :vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes: for your kitty.
