So, although I could really use a break. I picked up a new foster momma today. One of our older foster "moms" has a bad hip and doesn't want Lucy to give birth at her home as she feels she physically isn't able to get down to assist if need be.
So, I have her until she births and then I'll be transferring them to her house.
She looks alot like Tigger my last foster but she's older. I'll post pics soon.
She's def been pregnant before. Apparently, she had been suffering from hair loss and her coat is rather sparse and brittle feeling. I haven't got the full story of the 'surrender'.
She is huge but I think some of it might be chubbiness. I can tell by her eyes and her teeth she is older. The last older mom that I thought was going to have 10 kittens, had 2! She was just a chubby bunny.
Her stomach feels so full but I can only barely feel movement. So, I think she has some time to go. I can't feel heads or other bumps. She's not eating much but she's still adjusting to being here.
The wait begins.
