Hi there, I don't know how far gone my cat is? She is rugby ball shape, enlarged pink nips, yellow milky goo from her behind and it also is enlarged from her behind. She has a big appetite drinking plenty, she goes out then back in when outside, and obliously don't want to be on her own as she always stays in the room I am in follows me and try's to sleep. I just would like advice please thank you x

Since it reads like you let her out freely then it's not possible to hazard a guess at a due date.

I don't like the sound of 'yellow milky goo from her behind' but maybe the description is poor.  Does it smell?  Is it like pus?  (see the URL below if you are not sure)  If either answer is yes she needs the vets urgently.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pus

Vets are bad at estimating when kittens are due, but she should be neutered as soon after delivery as they will do it and kept in until then.  Cats can get pregnant again very soon after delivery even when nursing, and you also don't want her to have an accident and leave you with a litter of kittens to hand-rear.

BTW a pregnant cat eats a lot, a nursing cat eats a huge pile of food and kittens eat at least as much (once 6 or so weeks old) as an adult cat, often more.  Not spaying her is not a cheap option.

she goes out then back in when outside,
Dont let her outside the house! Not now, and definitely not when the kittens are born and she is nursing them!  first after her spaying (most do it when kittens are 8-9 weeks).

this with milky goo is concerning me too. Some fluids coming is common enough, more or less colourless, or vague pinky, but milky goo doenst sound friendly.

Look it up, and be prepared to contact your vet, ASAP.

Good luck!

I would like to thank you for your kind replies and I don't let her out any more even theo she seems very eager to go out, as for the milky goo it has stopped and I have been given the ok and she's fit and healthy. ;)
