Feces everywhere!

Ok so Im not certain which cat is the culprit but one of the kitties is leavin little pieces of poop ALL over my house. On the couches, on the TABLE, all over the floor, the stairs....but it's only one little piece. About the size of a marble maybe. And I'm finding them everywhere and it keeps occurring. They randomly have started getting HORRIBLE gas lately too. I mean clear the room, gagging, need to spray and open windows type gas. I'd rather smell the dogs farts and hers are pretty bad. Nothing has changed with their food or anything around the house. They're still happy and cuddly and loveable. They get dry and wet food. Plenty of clean water available. I just don't get it!! And the poop thing started right after the gassiness.

I think this may be a case of a visit to the vet.  Sounds like something amiss internally.

It would be a good idea to take some stool specimens in, too.
