Excellent picture, right on the third lines, well focused, well lit.
Lox is a beautiful tortie. Does she like bagels with a schmear?

I finally decided to go on my desktop and I found more cleaned shots from the shoot I did with Feline Pine. I guess I'll post more as I clean up the other shots I have.

Such a pretty baby! Love the white feet and black sleeves.  The white on her upper lip and nose are soooo cute.

Thanks guys! When I first saw her I couldn't believe she was in a shelter because how cute she is.

This one is out of focus...

She is a cutie! I can't believe how calm she seems for her bath. My cat would be freaking out.

OMG, she is gorgeous.  Just have one question though, if she's a tortie, does that mean my girl is also a tortie?  (I always thought she was a Calico

Fast shutter speed is your friend.
 She was pretty calm though.

, thus her name...Callie)
Some people say that calico has more white than orange and black. and tortie is when there's more color than white. I say she's a tortoiseshell and white, but I don't think the term calico is wrong either. I think for showing both Lox and your Callie would go under tortoiseshell and white?

"Calico" is kind of a regional term, common in the United States. It's a synonym for "tortoiseshell-and-white", and can mean a tortie with any white, or a tortie with more than half white, depending on where you are.

So, yes, both Lox and your gorgeous longhaired kitty can be called a "calico", though formally they would both be tortie and white.

Thank you, she is just so doggone sultry looking. Like a WW2 pin-up.  I tried it and it looks fantastic.  I have a 1440 X 900 LCD monitor.
