Took my little girl in for her rabies and booster shots a few days ago and seems like she has a little lump where they gave her shots,is this normal.

Yes it is somewhat normal. As is the behavior of the cat being a little "off".
If the lump increases in size or is warm to the touch, then you should call your vet for advice.

Lump is still there,she has been off a little tonight,just tired and not sleeping in her normal places. She still plays and all but just seems down or something?
