Hahaha. Nice post pics of the babies. I wish my kitties had babies. But I'm scared they'll run away with those boy cats. Or get hit buy a car.

I just commented on your other post.

If she hasn't started to eat the placenta by now..I would tear the umbilical cord about two - three inches from baby belly and discard of the placenta. Be careful the kittens do not get tangled in the cords, some have lost limbs and died from this. It's best to get it out of the way.

Tear with your (clean) nails, NOT a scissor.

Is the kitten still attached?  Wait some till you are sure the blood is not longer going there, and sear with your nails.

Mom may wait and rest some, dont worry.  But best you look up so you are sure the placenta comes out.  Unfortunately, when it comes out the mom will prob eat it immediately, so best you are there the whole time...

If many kittens, they dont need to eat more than 4 placentas, may get diarrhea if too many.

yea bet you wish you was still in your teens like me (late teens almost 20) cause I stayed up all night then had to wake up early for some reason after my baby Tabby (her name) had her baby Tigger(his name)

Do not pull out Anything unless you know for sure you have too! Also maybe call the vet and have him on line to talk you through it. I had a dog who had pups as the pups both got stuck so my mom pulled them out when they started moving. Her vagina got all messed up and came out with the puppy and she ended up dying. DO NOT PULL ANYTHING OUT WITHOUT SPEAKING TO THE VET FIRST!!!!

They mostly look like her!!!! How cute! I would love for Abigail to have babies. I don't think Amelia could handle it.
