Oh, this is serious.  Are they warm enough?  And not too hot?

Using a dropper is often easier for them...

You can boost their energy some by some wetted dextrose, or white caro syrup,or honey, on their gum.

Do you think they would take pedialyte?  Pedialyte isnt as nourishing as kmr or goat milk, but we must also stop dehydrating.  Pedialyte also helps in itself for diarrhea, somewhat stopper.

Receipt for basic pedialyte:

1 liter water

1,5-2 soup spoons (about 18 grams) dextrose (glucose sugar), honey, white caro syrup, in emergency common sugar. All these sugar works, but dextrose is best.

1 tea spoon kitchen salt (3grammes)  preferably so called minerale kitchen salt, but common Na/Cl salt is ok.

Boil up, let cool down to body temp.  Use.

Btw  You can also use water from well boiled rice, and have 3g salt in one liter of this rice water.

Deworming now is a little early, but if the vet though it was necessary. Besides, Panacur is supposed to usable from 2 weeks up.

Good luck!

ps I asked the mods to make own tread from your question.

How long ago did they stopped to eat?

Were they to vet very recently, or did he prescribed per telephone?

I ask, because I wonder can they have gone dehydrated?  If you pinch their skin on the neck upwards.

Goes the skin back immediately, like it does in well hydrated animals or folks. Or the  skin returns just slowly?  You can also pinch in...

If they are dehydrated, and dont take the pedialyte, you must in to the vet. Vet can give them fluid under their skin "subcutant"

Another idea.  If the vet knows how to tube feed, it may be an idea to get them going,

DONT try yourself to tube feed, if you dont know exactly how to do it. Difficult and dangerous for new bees.

Proceed to report!

Good luck!

Tube feeding very young kittens is almost impossible. The first thing is dehydration - pedialyte is the thing, home-made is fine. If they won't take a bottle then you may have to switch to a needleless syringe (get a 10cc and a 20cc from the pharmacy) and give them the fluid very gently into the side of the mouth, a tiny bit at a time. If you hold them on their tummy and keep the head lifted a little they will be forced to swallow it. Do not overdo each squeeze of the syringe or the fluid will get into their lungs. I would alternate pedialyte with kitten milk or goat milk, 10cc every 2 hours, then increase it gradually as you work out how much they need before they fall asleep. You can mix the vet meds into the fluid so they take it that way. The vet may suggest a little nutrical paste rubbed gently on their gums too, it can be a miracle worker to get calories into kittens that won't eat.

Good luck with them, it is not going to be easy.
