Does anyone have turkey proof feeding station ideas?

I feed feral cats with a group at a community college in CA., We had to go before the president recently to be permitted to feed after 2 feeders were cited for trespass and littering, and one of the schools concerns and ours is how to keep the food away from the turkeys and raccoons?

Does anyone have successful stations or ideas?

Keeping raccoons out of the cat food is almost impossible.  I keep trying and failing!  Here is a link to a site that found a solution.

I have tried putting the food up high and using flashing around the table.  They still have found a way to get the food.  My only solution is to pick up the food at night.
