I have read all the forums and threads here regarding sick cats. My cat, Stubby is 1/2 Manx and has had numerous bladder infections, which
the last one was 3 weeks ago but has not fully recovered as his latest issue is diarrhea. Sometimes I hear his stomach growl like an adult. He has had IV's,
Baytril injections which always worked in the past, but now he gets diarrhea. Today he usednthenlitter box, peed, diarrhea, and then vomited.
He has been on the CD food because as soon as I take him off he gets the UTI. I went to Petsmart to get Friskies that someone on here said is
good for the bladder which he loved. The vet put him on Flagyl since his stool sample read he had c- diff and recently prednisone 5 mg. to hopefully
take the inflammation away so he could have normal stools.
Stubby is horrible with all vets and always has to be sedated before anything can be done. I'm open to any suggestions that I could throw at my vet, certain
blood work etc. etc. I seriously think he has IBS but it only happens with shots. He has been on probiotics as well.

C. diff takes a while to get over. I ended up in the ICU with it. They had to give me IV Flagyl for six days and then pills for another week.

My husband had the same thing a few years ago stemmed from antibiotics. He was in isolation for 3 weeks so I know what you
had to deal with. Hopefully Stubby will get over this. He has been in and out of the vets over a year but never for diarrhea. He's
an indoor cat and have never dealt with a cat being so sick...so I have labeled him my 5 million dollar cat. He is allergic to vaccinations
and special cat hospitals will not take him because of this....so I'm stuck relying on my vet. Thank you for responding to my post
I certainly appreciate it.
