We were at the dr today just for Paul's followup with the internist and once again they are planning a party. This time it is an Easter luncheon and egg hunt at their office. If you remember, these amazing drs. (the cardiologist and his wife the internist) have had a big Thanksgiving party and then a Christmas party. They do these things all the time and are just like a family. I know I've mentioned this time and time again, but in all our lives we've never seen drs like this before. They treat all their patients like family - and not just a phony put-on type of talk - they are so sincere, so caring, so affectionate, that it's unbelievable.

That sounds like fun!  My experience working in a medical office was mostly business business business.  I did get some good holiday time off though.  The doctor and his wife (the office manager) are Jewish so we had different holidays; but he'd just close up shop between them saying people always cancel anyway.  I didn't really mind.

I saw my Internist today. I thought they were really friendly at the office (the doctor loves my daughter). They don't do anything like that though.

Wow! Are you going to go?
We'll probably go for a little while at least. I know it's going to be pretty crowded, with lots of kids. And lately we just hate crowds. But I love the drs and their staff so much that we will definitely be there.
