Honey and Khaans litter came yesterday 27/03/2013

Labour started at half 4 and first 2 kittens were here by 6pm, im pretty sure they shared a placenta so they are twins although cant work out for the life of me now which one is which between all of them!! lol

Then there was a 4 hour gap and kitten 3 and kitten 4 came in the hour. Then she stopped contracting and settled in the nest.

Then my partner checked her in middle of the night and like im sure i can count 5??! So i had to double check and yep theres 5!

All born alive and wriggling and squeeking

They are all brown with black spots/rosettes and stripes like lil leopards bless. Mummy is happy and kept trying to bring the babies to me to show me like 'look what iv done mummy!'

What a beautiful, healthy looking litter! You're right, they look like peas in a pod. She definitely has something to be proud about! And now you are a grandparent! What fun!

I just     them already  . They are so so cute/handsome. Honey, looks like she will be a GREAT parent  . Keep us posted, pretty please  .

A very good sign, a nice sleeping quiet pile of babies, means she has been feeding them well which is a weight off my mind! X

I aint checked yet tbh will probs leave that for a few days, she gets a bit mardy when i take them out the nest atm lol, which i dnt mind she is just pritective its a good sign x x

My momma cat Tabby she is protective of her baby but if I let it be next to her face then slowly take it towards me she will just look slowly close her eyes and watch for a sec then I put the baby next to her face and put it down in her box we have on the bed.

How are the little angels doing? I am still in with Honey and her babies . When, Honey, feels like letting you, a photo update, if possible, would make me .
