the kittens are almost 7 weeks now so i let them out of room to explore and play. i have a 13yr old neutered male cat that just adores the babies and so does dad which is neutered  now even my little dog loves the kittens. problem is i have a 10 yr old siamese who is spayed and she hisses and growls at them and at mom cat which they have never had problems. is it jealousy or something else?

She is probably scared of them, and/or their mum.  Just keep her away while the kittens are wanding the house.

she will hiss and growl and then run away. i thought her being a female she would like them guess i was wrong. the boys adore them they look after them and play pretty strange.

The bath prob not necessary, but good if you do it for educational reasons. So the kittens are somewhat used to bath if it would be necessary later on.

The same principle is with giving them different food. Both wet food and dry food, and even a little raw if it is OK for you.

The female? If she runs she is prob scared a little, or at least, feeling unsecure. Otherwise I would guess on her jealaous.  Everybody  loving the kittens...

The medicine is to love extra on the resident.   :)

Good luck!

Why do you want to bathe them?
they are stinky from being in and out of litter box i have been using the paper litter but it doesnt seem to be helping for odor issues i clean out the poo everyday and have to change the whole box every two days

I suspect the poo is a little rare?  Such half a loose poo stinks more then the usual, pear /short sausage alike poo.

the babies poos are normal but mom uses the litter box too, i think its more of the paper litter soaking up pee. was thinking of using a oatmeal shampoo and blow dry them afterwards?

How old are they?  And is it possible to find a litter box for mum the kittens can't (yet) get into?  I think the real problem is that the litter needs changing more, more often.  With some paper-based litters the wet bits disintegrate so you can sift out the soiled bits and pick the lumps of poo.
