I've been wondering lately how kittens are positioned inside the mother?

My cat Fluffers is around 53 days pregnant and I can now feel moving and kicking inside her stomach. Sometimes I try to gently feel how many kittens there are inside but because I don't know where the kittens are it's hard.

Are there kittens all the way through her underside, right from the front legs to the back? Or are they just down near the back legs? And are they lined up in a row or just all over the place? Just for interest I'd love to know this, if some of the experts here know the answer!

Thanks for your answers!

I was wondering, does that mean that the kittens kind of run down the sides of the mother's body in a line? Or are they just gathered together kind of randomly?
