How's the weather by you, now that it's spring?

When I woke up, there were flurries and 30 degrees. Brr. I'm ready for the warmer weather and green stuff!

My allergies are awful right now, even with Singulair and Zyrtec daily.

Cold for here at 48 F.

Edited to add that I live on the coast of GA near FL.

The weather has been strange. I have a few crocuses out in my yard, but yesterday morning they were covered in snow. The snow has mostly melted, but we are supposed to get flurries again this afternoon.

We've had really high winds (50 mph sustained with higher gusts) for about 24 hours now, it's colder too with the front that blew in. It's crazy out there, 3 C (37 F) + the wind brrr...

Here in Nebraska it's in the 50's, but it's supposed to cool down now and snow on Saturday. We are near the Kansas border, so a little warmer. I'd love for it to be warmer, but not ready for the mowing, weeding, and 200.00 water bills! We were 14 inches below normal last year, which is 19 inches total. I'm praying for rain this year!

What spring? It's been in the thirties here (the twenties at night), and farther north there's 25 cm of snow (almost 10 inches). Everybody with allergies is sneezing anyway.

We came close to setting a record low. And while the sun was shining, snow was falling.

BUT -- The goldfinch males are getting into their bright yellow breeding plumage and I think I have heard a courting song or two.

We had flurries today too. They didn't stick at all. My DD was upset; she wanted to go build a snowman.
It's mostly been in the 40s here recently.

My grass is turning green and the daffodils have been up and blooming for a bit.  I've had lots of birds; whole flocks of robins even.  I just need the temps to come up a bit!!

Don't feel bad you guys, I'm on the coast of NC, & we are having a little cold front right now, so not warm here either. High today supposed to be 51, but w/ the wind chill said it will only feel like low 40's.

Getting down to freezing tonight. Glad I didn't plant anything yet!!

Yes, allergies are feeling spring like though. Pollen is already covering everything!  I found a great site, pollen.com. You can put in your zip code, & it will send you allergy reports on a scale from 1-12,

& what it is. It's nice to know what the culprit is when your allergies are worse, to know what you react most to. It's been up in the 9's lately, & it's been Oak, Elm, Cedar & Juniper.

Upper 30s around here, although nights are still in the upper teens/lower 20s.....we had a slight covering of snow last night, nothing major, just enough to coat the cars and the yard a little. Windy, though! I am so tired of dealing with the wind. And today, they're talking 20 mph winds with gusts. I hate walking when it's so windy. The wind saps any warmth out of you.

The good news? According to our local weather weenies, after we get through next week, April is supposed to be warmer than normal. Quite a bit warmer. And then the long-range forecast covering, April, May, and June.....quite a bit warmer than normal. BRING IT! I'm tired of living in the freezer.
