If she has no car and no money, then she needs to find someone who can donate formula to her, or she needs to give up the puppy to a shelter. The puppy will die without milk and I don't think you can give cow's milk to dogs.

Can you / she get hold on goat milk? This is OK for dogs too.

I don't know if she has it or can get a hold of it she stopped talking to me :/

her family has been stressing her out that's probably why she hasn't replied.

If you live in the same area you yourself know if there is goat milk to buy in your area. Raw goat milk is best, but the usual processed you can buy in better food shops is also OK.

Goat milk costs more than other milk, but is much better, both for cats, dogs and humans.

My advice to you is you go out and try and buy. And thus renew the friendship with this buyed goat milk.   :)

I mean, it is not necessary to have a personal friend who is a goatee farmer. (but a couple of our forumsists has, one has even bantam hens, and thus can give raw egg yolk, without need to care about an eventual salomonella)

If she's having a hard time with money, she could try a food bank. Some have food for people and pets too. If she is that broke though, she should rehome the puppy.

At 2 weeks it's too young to digest solid food, even if it's watered down. It needs milk.

There are homemade formula recipes online, made with grocery store ingredients like evaporated milk, Karo syrup, and egg yolks. Maybe just send her a link to one of those (even if she's not talking to you she'll see it at least).

But orphan puppies are even more fragile than orphan kittens :(. It's too bad the poor thing doesn't have its mother. If it survives long enough, she'll have to get it vaccinated at a very young age, as orphan pups are very prone to Parvovirus.

At this point it would probably be just as bad to rehome the puppy as to keep trying herself. the stress to the pup wouldn't be good. Plus there is always the risk of pitbulls ending up in fighting rings.

A whole foods market or green foods market would have goats milk if there is one near you.

In my experience, young puppies are much more adaptable to new situations than grown dogs are. Especially *this* young, they don't seem to care who holds them, as long as they are fed and warm. (My mother breed Dachshunds when I was growing up.)
And besides, someone who wants to fight pits isn't going to put in the effort of hand raising a puppy that might not even make it. If she can find a new home for it, it will be someone who loves dogs very much.

I won't pretend that there are an awful lot of options here :(. Pit bulls are extremely overpopulated everywhere, and finding a decent home for a normal-aged puppy isn't easy, much less a bottle baby. But a rescue might take the pup, if the current owner is willing to give him/her up.

I just thought re-homing might be necessary because it was mentioned that the owner has "no money". I don't know how she can take care of a puppy that way.
