I really wish I could help this cat.
My husband refuses to spend money to get the stupid cat fixed because he is an idiot and because of his stupidity she is currently pregnant with her third litter. If someone doesn't want her shes getting thrown outside tomorrow night. I have a young baby and 3 other cats and I can in no way shape or form keep up with more freaking kittens. she is black and white and very petite. she will eat anything you give her and she is very affectionate. If you would be able to come pick her up you can have her as I currently do not have a vehicle so I cannot drop her off to you. Email me if you want to save her.
Found that ad on craigslist posted today 11 hours ago. I posted a link to the ad on facebook in hopes somebody might know somebody who'd be willing to take this baby in. If we didn't have so many cats ourselves we'd take her in, but my mom won't do it.

This poor girl doesn't deserve this. And all you see is people commenting on this ad saying how terrible of a person they are but nobody offering to save this cat and her kittens from being thrown out into the cold.

Does anybody know anybody near Lorain, Ohio who could help this cat? I really wish I could, but I know if I keep asking my mom and telling her we'd just be a temporary home until somebody adopted her she'll just get mad and keep saying no. I just feel so bad for this girl! She needs somebody to take her in and get her fixed.

Well let's hope it's a bluff on the wife's part
.  It kind of sounds like it to me, really.  The way it's written sounds like it all about making him feel bad and if they were going to toss the poor cat out, why would they say "tomorrow night" rather than just do it?  I, personally, don't think it will happen, at least I hope not.

That being said, Ashyfulz, you must be from that area...are you aware of any no-kill shelters in that area that might take her in rather than have her on the streets?

I do know of one no kill shelter (they're amazing and we've adopted 4 pets from them and when I volunteered there once they had an elderly male cat who had been there for 8 years and became "the shelter cat" cause nobody wanted him since he was deaf and had teeth problems) but they charge a bit to take in the cat (for obvious reasons)

A friend of ours  (who told us about Pumpkin's litter) works for a cat rescue. Asked her if she might know anybody who can at least take the kitty in for a bit but haven't heard back from her yet.

I just worry that they are serious. People around here aren't very friendly / caring to pets, let alone people. Cats are dumped off in the valley all the time and downtown is full of stray/feral cats and dogs it's heartbreaking.

Well the friend knows nobody who'd be willing to take her in, but is willing to donate and help out if we can get her. It's supposed to snow bad tomorrow too.

Would the donation this friend is willing to make cover taking her to the no kill shelter?  If so, that would be perfect!

How awful treating that cat like trash. :eek:nfire: I would take her if I lived closer. I know of a shelter who would take her in, foster her and then find homes for the kitten. I will be praying hard for this cat. I can't believe this person has three other cats too. Are they neutered!!!!!!!!!
