I found a little girl I bathe her and we bought her things and have decided to keep her. Is there any way I can figure out her age? Please help

Is the pic her? Do you happen to have a scale that will weigh small amts?

2 lbs=approx 9 weeks old.

Bigger/more pics with something in it like a loaf of breadbehind her or anything that we all know the size of will help.

Did you find any other kitties around? It's kitten season so a lot of cats who haven't been spayed or neutered are now having kittens.

Your kitten looks very young, maybe a couple of months? Your best bet would be to ask a vet, and get her checked out for disease and parasites also. Good luck with her. Did you name her yet?

Thank u for ur responses. I do not have a scale. She was the only one around she was crying that's how we got to her. The only thing I could compare her next to is a 16 oz water bottle. She is almost as big. Here is a picture.

The short little tail is an age marker. Someone here can tell us when it "grows out."  The only sure thing I know is that they lose their baby canine teeth about 5 months, give or take.  Thank you for saving this baby.  It was probably thrown out of someone's home.

AWWWWW TOO CUTE!!! What a darling kitten. I think she might be about 7 weeks. She may grow to be a small cat. Short tailed kitties are more compact and stocky. The tail will always be short. Adorable. Take her to the vet right away though. ;)
