yyyyeeeaaaahhh I've been in a goofy mood the past few days- not sure why!

The emoji's are easy to use. In the header of your reply box you should see a smiley face icon (off to the right in the same section where the picture upload button is). Just click on it and it opens a whole window of them. Just click on the one you want and it will insert it for you.

I keep trying but I have yet to find the appropriate time to use the dancing banana. This just may be it!

Mission accomplished. Perhaps I should start setting higher goals for myself....

Well yay! Now you can become an emoji aficionado!

I'm guessing we can't keep a conversation about dancing bananas going so if nothing else comes up be sure to let us know how the vet appointment goes!

Yep that's about it, thanks everybody for all your help and advice. I'm not feeling as nervous about it all anymore :)

I just learned something new about why some vets will/some won't desex at a young age...this is from a vet tech enrolling for vet school.  The full post, and her comments are at http://www.wayofcats.com/blog/dear-pammy-but-my-vet-says/23102#comments

It can also depend on the anesthesia your vet is using – cheaper anesthesia is not as safe for young animals so if the vet is cutting costs in this manner (like at low-cost spay/neuter clinics), that could be a valid reason that he or she is not comfortable altering at a younger age. I’m not saying it’s right, just that there may have been mitigating factors in the background that you weren’t awareof.

I wish the flashing blinking ones weren't there.  I can't bear looking at them.

Check to see if there's an option not to display smileys? Or maybe you could adblock the server where they're stored... Hmm.
