I haven't posted for quite awhile as I am so tired all the time. I am supposed to have another chemo session on Tuesday but it depends on my White Blood Count. When I went in on Tuesday, my WBC was at 2.2, which is very low. I got an injection of Leukine and have had to go to the cancer center every day through Monday for another injection. It is supposed to raise my WBC count by forcing my bones to make more white cells. I think it must be working since almost all my joints hurt and I am generally achy. A lot of my favorite foods are tasting yucky too. No more coffee and sodas for me as I can taste the caffeine. Not a good taste.

I cannot go to church until my count is up since my immune system is so low. That is a bummer!

I will update when I am feeling a bit better.

Lots of vibes coming your way that your counts improve!

So far as not going to church, why not?  All you need to do is practice good hand washing, and wear a hospital mask.  Avoid shaking hands with people. In fact everyone should avoid shaking hands with people because it spreads germs.  There is no need for you to avoid church.  When you go for your next injection, ask for several face masks to take with you.

The mask are a good idea! I'm sure everyone will know/ understand why you can'y shake hands. Going will lift your spirit, and that's a good thing!

God Bless, & continued
