Andrea Bocelli

Did anyone see Andrea Bocelli's Portofino concert on PBS? It was just magnificent.

Just bought his latest CD and it's playing right now. That man is just wonderful - I could listen to him all day!

Any other fans out there?

I think he is fantastic too.  He had a one hour concert on either QVC or HSN a couple of weeks ago.  I watched it and enjoyed it.
 

Carol, if they run the 2 hr concert on PBS again I hope you get to see it. It was taped in Portofino and was just beautiful. He sang one song with his partner (I thought it was his wife, but when I checked on Google it said he was divorced in 2002 and Veronica was listed as partner)....anyway they did that song "Something Stupid" -- but did it in Italian. He looked wonderful, cut his hair a bit and still has that unbelievably beautiful smile that can just make you melt.

I have a CD of his somewhere around here.  His voice is very pleasant to listen to.  I have the PBS app on my kindle.  I'll have to look and see if its available on there!
