First, if you are afraid she will die, it is better to let a vet spay her NOW. This will be abortion too, of course.  It not so nice, but such things are done to save moms live. Both in cats and humans.

One of the very few cases when even the Catholic Church who is much anti-abortion, may give dispense for an abortion.

Besides, kittens dont manage too early delivery. Three days too early may be enough to dont survive.

I DID have actually an example.  My residents were studs when they were young cats. The last wife of my younger ex stud, was the smallest of them all, really petite. Not really kitten alike but almost.  She had the largest litter of all them wifes, 6. She and the kittens did managed without problems...

Many females are small, so you do have a good chance.

But if you are anxious, do consult your vet, and be prepared for already spaying NOW. Dont wait, the operation is more difficult when they are high preg, it is not very complicated as yet.

The operation now will not be much more costly than an normal spaying, and MUCH cheaper than an emergency cesarean, perhaps in the middle of the night. THIS will cost you multum!

Good luck!
