Is cats Diarrhea related to the food they eat ??

My my cat Sasha is healthy and playfull, but I notice sometimes she has Diarrhea, and I suffer from cleaning her butt
What do recommend food for a 6 month kitten ? I give her dry food and boiled chicken breast. but she loves to eat canned food. But I suspect the canned food causes the Diarrhea.

First off, what an adorable bundle of fluff you have! So cute.

Wet food is better for her then dry and thankfully she likes it. It's not canned food in general that will cause the diarrhea, but what kind possibly, or if you are frequently changing brands. Kittens have sensitive tummy's and will frequently have loose stools when new foods are introduced too quickly. Even adult cats will experience this. Has she been checked by a vet to rule out any medical problem?

Thanks again

When you feed are canned food, is it KITTEN food?  Do you have other animals in your house?  Could she be getting into their food, or some other food?  As you know, kittens are very curious
...maybe she's eating something she shouldn't be

That's great news!  As mrsgreenjeens said, she should be on canned kitten food. Introduce new foods slowly, little bits of new into the old, slowly increasing the new, till it's all the new. Try to keep her off dry.

My foster feral kittens all started out with loose stools when I brought them in, one of them had such loose stools that he had to be washed after going every time. Once they adjusted to their new diet, they were fine. I had him vet checked to be sure he was ok otherwise and he was healthy also.

My Effie had really bad diarrhea when I brought her home from the shelter. After 6 weeks and several trips to the vet, the vet recommended a higher fiber diet. Unfortunately, Effie does not like canned food, but gobbles up the Royal Canin Satiety support food. I know there are cheaper brands on the market that have higher fiber content, which I would consider switching to, but Effie likes it and why mess up something that works. I also give her probiotics daily. They seem to really help. So maybe consider switching to a higher fiber food or if it's only occasional, try adding the probiotics, especially if her problems are only occasional.

Your kitty should be on a high protein, grain free wet food. Grains turn to sugar and can cause diarrhea symptoms. Have you tried brands like Nature's Variety, Natural Balance, Evo, etc?

I understand that. Switching over very, very slowly is key. dry and boiled chicken is not the best diet for sure and she won't be able to stay on that. Try something like Natural Balance Limited Ingredient wet food and add it to the diet by the spoonfuls each meal.
