As I mentioned in one of my other posts my kitty has suddenly decided she does not like beef flavor. I want to give her a good variety of meat flavors, but if she does not like beef, and I don't want to feed her fish (previous UTI), what else is there beyond chicken and turkey? Are there other ways to work variety into her diet? I currently feed Wellness, grain-free varieties only. I am currently working on some constipation issues so I don't want to go raw just yet--since raw will alter her bowel patterns--until I can stabilize everything and establish a "norm."

Any ideas? Is it possible she will like beef flavor of another brand?

There are many other brands of wet food that offer grain-free choices with different proteins. Here is a list of a few of them(I have fed most of them to my cat).

Nature’s Variety has a Rabbit, Duck, Venison, Beef, Pork and Lamb.
Evo has a Duck, Venison and Beef.
Hound and Gatos: Rabbit, Pheasant, Lamb, Beef and Pork.
Evangers: Pheasant, Pork, Rabbit, Duck, Buffalo.
Addiction: Rabbit, Venison, Duck and etc.

Thanks, Mewlittle and MaraOzza!

Regarding some of the more exotic meats - venison, buffalo, rabbit and pheasant - do you know if any of these are rejected more frequently overall? I know she likes duck, when I fed her raw she really liked the duck.

You are welcome!

Mine eats any kind of protein in canned, but he is picky when it’s in raw form. He likes rabbit the most, both canned or raw.

I don't feed fish, either, and for more exotic proteins, I use the above mentioned Nature's Variety Instinct Flavors, they do not have fish in them. They just came out with a few Limited Ingredient Diets in the canned, also, which are single-source proteins.  If you want to buy the  bigger cans, like you mentioned in your other thread, they are available in the 13 oz but labeled as dog food--however, the formula is EXACTLY the same. My local store was doing a buy 3, get 1 free sale on both sizes yesterday, so I don't know if that's something N.V. is promoting elsewhere. They also had some 3 oz cans they were giving as free samples.

I tried all the 6 flavors i mentioned they at them no problem but Mewlittle decided she don't like lamb :/ but the other 2 that eat it love it and do they really have a pork one? i never seen it hmm

and i rarely feed the fish flavors <cats dont like it> and i don't like it only time i buy it if i buy them out of the other flavors and example if i feed Brandon chicken all the cats get chicken in that same meal even if they like it or not they know i'm not giving in if i give in they become picky
