Good morning! TGIF!

Today's question is fairly easy...........

Tell me something about yourself.  Just one thing. Are you a good cook or baker? Are you friendly? Are you a natural redhead?

I'm a good socialiser.  Stick me in  a room with some strangers and i'll know their shoe size by the end of the night

I adore authentic freshly made gelato 

I'm a jack of all trades, master of none. :lol3: I'm a decent cook, make jewelry, am crafty, know how to cross-stich, amateur photographer, garden, not afraid to get my hands dirty or to pick up a hammer around the house, etc.

I've been thinking about taking knitting and soap making classes. :lol3:

 I'm a good grandma.  I love my grandkids .They are my world and I would do anything for them.

Less than 4 years ago I had 3 siblings and 2 parents. Today I have 1 sibling - and I am very grateful for her!

I'm a true night person.  When I was working full time I would go to bed between 9 and 10.  In 2007 I was laid off and within days I was back to going to bed at 2-3 am.  

I'm retired and enjoying it. A "so-so" cook -- wish I could do more, but I get lazy. The one thing I wish I could do is sing -- I can't carry a tune at all. Favorite thing is going on cruises -- meeting people from all over the country and world. Like to try to reconnect with friends from the past. Feel bad that sometimes we just lose contact with people from years ago. But, like all of you, my very favorite things are my cats and all animals. If I had lots and lots of money I'd start a sanctuary for cats and dogs so that all of them would have forever homes, and never feel fear or hunger or abuse!

I go with a group of friends once a month to the local nursing home. We sing and play gospel music for them. We each play guitar. We would like to find a banjo player so we could do some bluegrass gospel for them... I have only been playing the guitar about three years and I am past 65. Never let anyone tell you that you are too old to learn.
