Hopefully the urinalysis will give you the answer you are searching for. Generally bloody urine is symptomatic of an infection.

yes, but when blood work came back they said no infection. So I hoping they will put her on a strong antibiotics and it will kill it.  She is so freaking playfull even though she is in pain

Since there is no infection antibiotics won't help so no point in her getting them.

You say the blood is since you fed her the Blue Buffalo etc..  I'd go back to whatever she was on before and see if it clears up.  What was the previous food btw?

I had two male cats with history of crystals. Both were put on a prescription diet food from the vet's office. It was a change in diet for life. The danger in crystals is that they will get totally blocked and need surgery, which one of my cats had. It is more common in male cats.

Okay well I hope it not that I am going to do away with Blue dry food. And hopefully her urinalysis says UTI so it can be treated with Strong antibiotics. Thank you for your help. How much do you pay vet food dry or wet?

Angel had crystals too, & after doing everything I could to keep him off Rx food, even giving him fluids every other day, In the end, he still had to be put on it anyway. He has now been on it for almost two weeks.(after 4 days of weaning it in to transition, by mixing half & half w/ his Before the Grain he was eating).  **  When dealing w/ this kind of thing wet is best, as it gets the most moisture in them.

Even though I feed wet, I still mix in filtered water w/ his food, to a runny oatmeal consistency. My vet knew I didn't want to feed Rx, because of all the other "Junk" in them, so we looked at them together. Out of the 3 they had, Royal Cane, Hills, & Purina UR. I went w/ the Purina UR. The ingredients weren't as bad in that one. It was 1.60/can   vs/ 1.99 for the others.  It was 33.00 & change for a case.  The price wasn't that much more that I was paying for B.G & by nature at 1.49 - 1.59/can.

Good luck & keep us posted.
 I hope this helped.

She probably pees outside the box because it hurts, and she associates the box with the pain.

She has a stone the vet is putting her on Vet diet food and I will keeping giving her wet food with that. She is also on Bactriel for infection,  Keep fingers crossed and hope she does not need any surgery and it dissolves.
