I dont know how to stop this.
If you figure it out, you're a genius! For everything you read about kitten food being better tasting, Joey always went for Squirt's food when he was a kitten. I couldn't let Squirt eat kitten food, as he could've stood to lose a few pounds, not gain them. I finally just gave both the same adult dry food and supplemented Joey with wet kitten food.

Yeah, Zoey doesnt care about Saki's food, but Saki wants Zoey's dry food. I mean its good food, Chicken Soup, but I want him to get all his kitten nutrients! He does eat his wet kitten food without a problem. So what I did today is put Saki in the bathroom with his wet food, and gave Zoey her wet food in the kitchen, both at the same time. Saki eats his dry food too, but really likes to get at Zoey's dry food. I put Zoey's food on the kitchen counter but the couch is right next to the counter so he found it already

Sicy:

The crying just means you are a good mom. Remember, any change in your life causes stress, even if it is a good change. Zoey and Saki sound like they are off to a great start. And she doesn't sound like she is mad at you at all. When I got Joey, Squirt was mad at me. They became friends, and he was still mad at me. Everytime I went to pet him, he ducked his back down, like, "Don't touch me." It really took him several months before he went back to all of his old behaviors, although he forgave me a bit at a time. I cried a lot because he just wasn't the same. It is the biggest reason why I have never gotten another kitten.

Oh Deb..
That would have me bawling everyday. Zoey has been doing the duck her head thing too when I try to pet her... but she isnt much of an attention cat to begin with so I'm trying not to take it personal. She still greeted me today when I came home with head bonks so that was nice. Plus its only been 2 days! I really need to get a grip.

Sicy - there are several more alternatives for the feeding problem.

1) Does your pet store (or one around you) sell Felidae? It is for cats & kittens (not separate formulas) and is a VERY high quality food. You can then supplement with wet food for kittens.

2) Don't free feed. Our cats, surprisingly, adjusted pretty well to no more free feeding. Since kitties do need to eat more frequently, however, leave kitten food in a box only Saki can get into (just make sure Zoey's arms can't reach in to tip the bowl over or she'll be scooping it out).

I'm letting the little monster run loose today while I'm at work.

I will go home on my lunch break to check on them though.

Ugh. I came home, both cats greeted me so I tried to give Zoey all of the affection but Saki kept jumping around wanting some, then Zoey grabbed him and wrestled him and I think was biting him because he meowed like he was mad
I split them up.

I'm crossing my fingers that what you are seeing is like a momma cat working to teach her kid some manners...it can seem a bit rough, and can include nips that don't really do any damage. I'm sure others here will add their experience/thoughts.

Maybe, I dont know. Maybe she got mad because Saki tried to get some attention while I was giving Zoey attention. Zoey is a biter though.. we all know that
What the hell have I gotten myself into

don't worry give it alittle time. Moe and Neo acted funny when the kittens were let out, but now everyone loves each other and they are all friends and moe and neo are backing to acting normal.

Hopefully she's just teaching some manners, as Pat&Alix suggested. Sometimes kittens need that!

I think they will get along (keeping paws crossed). My JB hated my Mango when I brought her home, he hissed at her like she was the devil or something, growled, he wouldn't eat, he would't use the toilet and mind you, I kept them in separate rooms and still he wouldn't eat. He would only eat out of her bowl and use her bathroom LOL!!!! It took them about a week or so and then they were the best of buds, even though he was a bit rough when playing with her, but they would sleep together LOL!! I'm thinking of getting a kitten to replace my Mango since I have yet to find her before we moved, she disappeared, but I think my JB is quite content being the main feline in the house!
If I do, I'll get a russian blue, thanks to Nakita, I'm in love!
Or maybe an orange tabby
