my cat is lathargic/ very ill

My kitten Kato is 7 months nearly 8.  She hasn't been to a vet but had dewormers as a kitten.  Woke up with him laying around not moving and came home to it in the dirty kitchen sink.  My sister was holding it because it was so limp and it peed in her hands.  She also said it has white puss around its anus and hardly blinks.  Please help with any knowledge. This has been going on for 2 days.

You need to get your kitty to a vet. I have no idea what's wrong, but this sounds very very serious.

All I can say is try to keep her hydrated and warm until you can get her to a vet.
