Taking my girl to the North Shore vet tomorrow since they quoted me much cheaper than my usual vet for x-rays. Her leg is still bothering her. She still walks okay and jumps onto the sink to drink water, but laying down and sitting bothers her. Im praying its something we can fix. Ill keep you all updated. Im so anxious about it.

Good luck
I'm glad you found a place that is less expensive.  Now if Dora will just cooperate and let them examine her without freaking out, huh?

I'll be anxious to hear what you learn.

Kitty finally had her appt. I found a feline hospital and I was approved for care credit to help pay the bill. She has inflammation around her Achilles, she also must have caught a toe on something because the outer toe is twisted so she did a number on herself somehow. The vet said it will be a little uncomfy but will get better with time. I'm waiting on some bloodwork but the ultimate conclusion is that she is a healthy 9 year old kitty :) thanks for the well wishes

So glad to hear it's nothing more serious. Sending continued vibes for a quick recovery.

So she must have been really relaxed for her appointment for this Vet to have been able to even examine her toes
!  Good job!  Wonder how she did all that to herself
?  Just glad it's not something too serious that will require more than just time to heal.

I guess the bloodwork is to check on her kidneys?

Unfortunately she had to be sedated. I hate doing it to her but that's the only way. She would have killed them lol. Yea the bloodwork is more like a second opinion on her kidneys. Waiting on the results thank you!
