Our new friend, who moved in to where our previous stray had been found, may not be feral after all. It has been becoming alot more friendly faster then I thought any feral would. So now we are able to try and determine it's sex. Sorry but I have not much experience in doing this. So we got some good pics. I am pretty sure it's female, is this correct?

Your new friend is a handsome male. From the pictures he appears to be neutered.

Handsome boy, and not a feral, unless he's a very friendly TNR.

Can you get him scanned for a chip?

He just recently "moved in" and so has only been being fed by us for about 3 - 4 weeks now. He would always hide when the food was being put out, but now has become more trusting and actually did the hand sniff this past week, from then on, though still a little timidly, he does come out for petting and also has started to roll and expose his belly. We're hoping to develop a bit more trust and have him checked by a vet. So yea hopefully we can see if he is chipped too.

Yes, I was going to say you have a neutered male there!  So, at some time in the past, he was probably somebody's baby.

I agree, so unfortunate, as he has turned out to be quite the sweetie. New tenants have finally moved into that apartment above his crawl space, so he is now being trained to go into the basement of my friends shop, which opens up to the backyard and near the crawl space. We're hoping to maybe get him at least to stay in the basement, maybe let him out during the day and confine him at night. He has yet to use the litter box that was made up for him though. He has checked it out, but seems not sure what to do with it. Don't want to confine him till we know he won't soil elsewhere. I'd take him in to my place, where we had Cali, but after the failed attempt of intergrating her with my other 2 kitties, I'm afraid to make another attempt with another strange cat.
