oh the irony

So today I ran into an acquaintance who I know lives in a rural area outside the city - I asked her if she knew of anyone who might want a barn cat.   Barely before the words were out of my mouth she was telling me of her neighbor who has twenty cats breeding out of control!   I gave her the info for the low-cost TNR place in our area to give to them, but who knows if they will listen.    It's just really amazing how this happens everywhere.    On the humorous side it felt like she said I'll see your one feral cat and raise you twenty!
