Hi. My cat was a stray so I am not sure how old she is. She is not a young cat by any means. I think she may have allergy's due to her obsessively pulling out her hair on her back end. I have changed food to non grain dry, switched to non grain wet food, changed her litter to clay unscented, got rid of all my candles and smell goods and nothing seems to be helping her. One of her other issues is her paw pads. They are so dry and flaky. Before she came to me she was declawed and she tends to bite at her paw pads as if she is trying to clean the nails she doesn't have. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can put on her paw pads to help her? She has already had two allergy shots this past year that are at $100 a piece. They seemed to help for about a week or so.

Big balm should work on those dry pads.  Just a little dab should help all four paws.  It's greasy stuff, so rub it in good
.  If you don't already have some handy, feed stores should sell it, as well as any drug store.  Walmart sells it as well, some people say they've even seen it there in the pet area, but I would look for it in the health/beauty aisle, I think.  Comes in a green tin.
