So, my cat Smokey is 12 years old and overweight, lately he has been extremely tired and barely moving and unresponsive(He's walking a little funny). He has a very scratchy and dry meow. He has only eaten one peace of turkey in pass 24 hours(I believe), and about a lick or two of water. He meows by his food and looks at it but then walks away. He has urinated in past 24 hours but that's it. Also he has a small bump on his lower half, it's not big maybe smaller then a penny, and it's been there for a couple weeks.

I have a appointment Monday but can not wait.

Any more information please ask I will be more then happy to update.

Sorry Smokey isn't feeling well.  Based on his symptoms, I wouldn't wait until Monday; I'd take him to the emergency vet.

The small bump on his lower half could be anything, perhaps an abscess.  Does he go outdoors?  Does Smokey react when you touch the absess?  Tiredness and unresponsiveness--not to mention not eating--are to me red flags.  (Ironically, the fatter the cat, the more dangerous it is for the cat to not eat.)

Keep us updated.  Thanks.

Thanks for reply, unfortunately I can not take him to a emergency vet(as none take cats....don't know why.). He tried to drink some water but after a couple licks meowed and laid down. He is a indoor cat for all his life and no does not seem to hurt/bother him. He doesn't seem to be getting any worse, nor better.

Does he have anything stuck in his mouth? Between his teeth?

You may have to help him eat by sprinkling parmesan on his food, or tuna juice, or offer plain chicken. You may have to literally spoon feed him as well.

It sounds like it's to the critical point, just from what you describe.  He is probably dehydrated at the very least.  Can you get a syringe (needleless) or eye dropper  and get some water  into him (put it into the side of his mouth, not directly down his throat or he could aspirate.  Then you probably need to force feed him same way with some soupy canned food.  It is essential he get some food in him, especially if he is overweight in the first place.  It doesn't take long at all for overweight cats to get Hepatic lipidosis, which can be very dangerous. This can happen by them even just eating 1/2 to 2/3 their regular amount of food, so a few bites won't do it.

I don't want to scare you, but want to make you aware that you need to get him to Vet as soon as possible.  If that means tomorrow, I would be there when they open, not wait for my appointment time.

Thanks everyone for your help I ended up finding a clinic and took him in, he has many problems but all minor, he might of had a some sort of lung infection that just gave him many problems, so they gave him antibiotics and are keeping a eye on him overnight.

So glad you were able to find a vet and have a diagnosis(es).  Not knowing is horrible.  Vibes for Smokey.
