help my cats really ill??

hi, i know its late..but my cats threw up 3 times and had really runny poops...he was fine all day...but its now almost 1 am...and he's just threw up again....he's an indoor cat up til now so i know its nothing outside my home and can't see it being anything inside as he's only aloud in the kitchen to eat twice a day....what can this be..i am so worried....

he was neutered a week ago and vet said he was healthy...

he threw up food first...then it was just like a pale yellow liquid...then he started having runny poops?

i don't have a clue whats wrong with him...i've had cats before but the most they ever threw up was a hair ball...help!!!!!..so really am at a loss to what this may be..

You really need to get him to the vet.. if he is vomitting and has runny poo he could dehydrate, even if it is just something temporary.  Please take him asap.

Sounds like he has picked up a bug - i.e. eaten something that did not agree with him.  A vet visit is in order asap

update....this started late last night..no chance of a vet then..todays sunday..vets are shut unless its an emergancy...but the good news is..i think he ate a pancake that may have been too rich for him...he has not threw up again today..he still has a touch of diarrea..but i'm giving him plenty to drink..just water..and he back to his lively old self so far..

if it starts again..then vets monday morning...
