My cat zoey is about a year and a half...she came to me as a stray and i fell in love with her..about a month and a half later we really noticed her belly was full tits saggy and her affection was alot more then it had been..we had 2 other cats in the house that had never been outside besides when we moved.. she picked her box and had led me to it one day by meowing till i followed her..she had me help with the birthing of her kittens she had 5. now after she had them she barely left them alone for more then a few mins and set her and the kittens up in a playpen fully padded and her and babies were happy till they started climbing then they got there own room. she ended up getting out one day when i let my dogs out to potty.. and now we believe she is prego again.. we can not afford any type of major vet bill as i am poor..but she is showing all the signs but she is also meowing as in heat..i know it is not time if she is because her belly isnt big enough yet..but her nips are getting slightly bigger and she is back to protecting..we did keep 2 of her kittens and she is still a momma to them..it felt as if there was lumps in her belly...so my question to u all is..can she be in heat and still be pregnant or could this be something else..plz help me..as i said i am poor and cant afford much, because of one of her kittens having medical issues as it is...HELP ME..thank u very much...

Yes, she can have two different litters simultaneously, deliver them healthy 3-4 weeks apart.  Not common, but not unique either.

In your situation I would recommend you to just spay her NOW.  Not nice, but better later than not at all...  You "should" spay her immediately you adopted her...

Find some cheap vet clinic.  Lend money if necessary.  There are normal places taking just 50 dollars, the cheap ones are even less.

Good luck!

Pregnant cats can be spayed.  Not a nice thing to do, but better than bringing yet more kittens into the world who will have a hard time getting a home and/or the vetinary care they need.

Personally I have never heard of a real documented case of a cat delivering healthy kittens 3 weeks apart.  However they can get pregnant again very soon after delivery.

How long ago did you accidentally let her out?
