When a snow storm is predicted what food item do you make sure to have on hand?

At the top of my list is Maxwell House Columbian coffee. That's the one thing I wouldn't want to be without if I was stuck in the house for a day or two.

I always have a big stock of cat food so I don't need to worry about the kitties.

I don't worry about having anything on hand. We have two full freezers in the basement. I'm sure I can come up with something to eat. We don't make those frenzied trips to the supermarket when we hear about a snowstorm.

I do love to bake when it's snowing. I love baking bread and chocolate chip cookies on wintry stormy days. To me, there's something about the smell of bread baking in the kitchen when the flakes are flying.

Plenty of food in this house too. I normally like to have milk on hand, mostly for coffee and some way to have coffee if the power goes out.

Comfort food, have to have chips and something sweet in the house, Russ agrees lol.  I always have enough coffee or K-cups so that's never a problem for me.  We have to have our java in the morning.
