No way to tell from the photos. Suggest you ask your vet when you take her in for her first checkup; a vet can usually tell. Probably a good idea, since you just got a new cat and she should get a once-over, get checked for fleas and stuff she can pick up at a shelter or wherever she was before that. It is possible to spay a cat who is pregnant, but some people don't like the thought of it, and I don't really blame them... but that is up to your conscience.

She's a cutie, though! Here's hoping she's not pregnant.

Thank you, and will do on Friday. :) She has been very affectionate, but noticed she has been sleeping a lot the last few days. Especially today! Her nipples are very obvious, but could that be because she had a litter some time ago?

We are gla we have her. Tomorrow I am taking her to the vet to check on her ear and to make sure she was spayed; they told me at first she wasn't, then all of a sudden she was I didn't have to bring her back( free spaying). They gave me no health records of her and she is about 2 years old.

Hopefully there'll be a visible scar on her belly, if she's been spayed. She's two, so maybe still young enough that it hasn't faded yet. It's likely that the shelter never actually had health records to begin with, except for whatever exam their vet did on her when she went to the shelter. Some cats that get left at the shelter are strays or were owned by people who never bothered to get them vet care, so they don't have any health records to begin with.

Thanks for the info. :)
I've only had female cats that were spayed, so a cat that's had a litter and then possibly spayed is new to me. I Wasn't sure if a cats nipples stayed so large after once being pregnant. And again, she is very friendly, but seems lethargic.

Nipples are never quite the same again after suckling a litter.  Fingers crossed she isn't pregnant.  Has she been health checked?  Wormed?  Personally I'd go to my own vet given the lethargy.

I paid for her vaccines and micro chipped her at the shelter. She is going to the vet tomorrow afternoon. I am hoping for good news. When they handed me her papers, I was hoping they had her spayed date, or date she was received into the shelter, but nope. It was a very overwhelmed no kill shelter. Previously I adopted from a kill shelter, so I was not used to the chaos. Some cats were fixed, others were not. Just not enough man power at no kill shelters.
