Her do date is tomorrow, she been leaking fluid and I read somewhere that when she's in labor she will pur none stop, well she was doing that last night and I was petting her belly for a long time she diddn't move but she still have not had her kittens she just leaked a large amount of fluid, more than she ever had. what are the signs of labor? Im worried cuz I dont have enough money to bring her to the vet

i was worried about my cat too she just gave birth yesterday. she had sum fluid and became very vocal i called vet and she said it was probobly a mild contraction that made her pee and she was in prelabor 12 hours later she had her little ones. i wouldnt worry i know its hard to do i was tense and stressed for two weeks awaiting my lil ones arrivals. once they came im finally feeling relaxed

oh also her prelabor symptoms were nesting and being vocal and wanting her belly rubbed constantly she also had a slight discharge because she had lost her mucus plug the day before.

Some cats purr when in labour, some don't.  She should have her kittens in the next day or so.

Whilst I don't think she needs a vet visit at present, it's worrying you don't have enough money for even a check at the vets.  You will need mountains of food and litter over the next few weeks - getting a cat spayed (was money a factor in her not being spayed 3 months ago?) is far cheaper than rearing a litter.  it's far, far cheaper than emergency vet care if she can't deliver her kittens, which happens occasionally.

She and the kittens also need worming, and pet shop products should be avoided.
