Please help

My cats nipples are bigger then normal and pinker like a redish pink and she seems to be getting fatter in tummy area, like when i stand up and look down at her I can see her stomach on the sides. Does this mean she is pregnant?

Sounds awfully like she is.  Any unneutered female cat who goes out, even if she is normally indoor and escapes for a few minutes, will almost always get pregnant.

If you and your vet are willing she can still be spayed and the kittens aborted - not nice at all, but then neither are the ones pts every day at the shelter because they can't get homes fast enough.

Otherwise she has about 6 weeks from when she 'pinked up', though that probably happened a few days or even a week before you noticed.

thanks so much for this Information, Had vet check and she sure is pregnant, and have found people who do want her kittens, so happy that it will be sorted and they she will be going in to get sprayed after her kittens are 8 weeks and go to there new homes.
