that's right, plural!
my four-month old kitten miss paughco went in for her spay surgery on the 25th of january, and should be well on her way to healing, but no!
five days later, she developed an infection and had to be put under, cleaned up, and sent home with surgical glue.
two days later, she was weepy at the incision site and i called the office. later that night, she managed to get out of her e-collar when i went to bed. that's when she tore out the surgical glue.
tomorrow, she goes in to be stapled. has anyone else gone through all of this?
very, very frustrating. she's been confined, coned, medicated, and watched closely since the 25th! it's like you close your eyes for well-deserved peace, and they go to work!!
on a side note, the stray, chopper, was Felv - and Fiv -. they get on famously!
