The cat that I have now she had been a strsy from idk how long ago but the. People that found her gave her to us cause. They was moving but she acts the same. Exact way even from when they first found her and I think she was took from her mom alil to early cause. Of the. Way she licks and doesn't want to be. Left alone I read somewhhere that cats who was taken from their moms to early did. That but wouldn't know they found her in wasfghington court house ohio.

Very beautiful kitty and not so feral after all. What a doll.
Right, exactly my reaction too.  :)

She is somewhat a look alike of a Maine Coon, which contributes to the warrior alike "feral" looks.

Very pretty.  You both were lucky here!

I hope i did the right thing. The cat is actually a male under further inspection, hard to see with all the fur
. I sent him off to be neutered today with a local feral program in our town.

You said you saw his parents?  How are they looking?  Where do you live?

Now, pure bred MCO gone astray arent that common. But MCO is a natural breed from beginning, ie the ancestors to MCO were free living, or owned, cats...  And the breeding animals were selected and picked up frome these naturals...  And these "ancesters"  are still living there among all others cats.

In Norway and NorthWest Sweden there we have a somewhat similiar cat, the Norwegian Forest Cat. In Russia, in similiar climate, the Siberian...

I did asked for your protege  in the Breeders forum, subforum  Cat Description, there is one tread about Maine Coon?
