Calico Kitty Toileting issue

Hello, I was wondering if someone could assist me a bit. We have a Cat named Rosie, shes been with our family for a period of 10 years and a bit.
Each time so is going to the washroom she meows loudly. Its a concern, shes about 15 years old.

We will be taking her into the vet soon. We enjoy our cat, if you do we love to share photos of her on facbook, I'm on there all the time so you can add me whoever is interested to chat about Feline things.

Welcome.  I have no experience, but have you checked to see if she is having problems, something maybe hurting her?  Is this new behavior?  I would say a vet visit sooner rather than later might clear things up.  Good luck!

Is she still urinating and pooping like normal, within the box?  Maybe she is just telling you she is doing her business?  One of my cats does this...every time he goes in, he makes an announcement to let me know he's going. 

The issue with your furkid is whether or not this is a change.  If anything is different in her output, this would be a concern, and would definitely require a visit to the Vet.
